All catalog items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Items sent back to manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks.
Hockey sticks and blades are not guaranteed against breakage. Warranty on composite and graphite shafts vary between manufacturers. Please call us for details on how to proceed with this. All customized orders are not returnable.

Return Policies

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, you will have to contact our customer service department to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.Customer Service's Phone Number is 1-251-666-4602.
Any package without this number on the outside of the box will be returned to sender. The product(s) must be returned in original, unused condition, with the original sales receipt. All product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
All and any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Southern Sports Supply is not responsible for return shipping of product(s). All exchanges or credits will be processed within 5-7 days.
